Rehab and motor control work bridges the gap between pain relief and performance. The goal is to improve how your body controls key positions, absorbs load, and coordinates movement. This may include mobility drills, stability work, isometrics, eccentric loading, rotational control, single-leg strength, and sport-specific progressions.
What I assess
Movement control, strength, coordination, stability, load tolerance, and whether the body can maintain efficient movement as demands increase.
What care may include
Corrective exercise, motor-control training, mobility work, strength progressions, eccentric and isometric loading, balance work, and return-to-activity progressions.
What to expect
Exercises are chosen around the specific limitation identified during your assessment. As control and capacity improve, the program progresses toward more demanding, sport-specific movement rather than staying at the basic corrective-exercise level.
